The New Year is off to a good start in Toronto's real estate market. A total of 5,073 sales took place in January 2008, just two per cent less than last year's record performance.
So how many of those sales took place in Northern districts? A total of 96 sales were reported in 23 North districts; and averaged a selling price of $410,289.
